Analyst, Customer Marketing

Reporting to the Associate Manager Customer Marketing, the Analyst Customer Marketing is a key player to support the category development and relative brands growth in Italy. In this role you will actively contribute to reach Net Sales and Market Sales category targets. You will also partner with Sales to ensure execution of agreed plans in the local market as well as implement Consumer and Trade Promotions including Special Packs.

  • Owner of sell out data analysis

  • Responsible for SKU-P and ONE LIST internal processes

  • Develop Special Pack plans aligned with the Regional Promo Catalogue

  • Develop Trade Presentations leveraging Regional materials

  • Develop POP and other marketing & sales materials for the Categories/Segments assigned

  • Support on category budget management

  • Work on category promo activations, either national or ad hoc for specific customers

  • Support on development of category media plan and e-commerce assets.

  • Support in managing the relationship with suppliers and other partners (cooperation with regional and local partners)


  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar and eventually a Business Master degree

  • Commercial background with at least 1 year of experience in Commercial roles (ideally a combination of Customer Marketing / Marketing and Sales)

  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)

  • Experience using market data (e.g. AC Nielsen) desirable

  • Strong communicator and team worker,able to build relationships at all levels and across function

  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize

  • High degree of initiative and speed

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details

  • Problem solver, high level of autonomy

  • You need to be legally eligible to work in country of application
