Reporting to the Sales Account Manager, you will be directly responsible for developing and supporting the Sales team to achieve targets related to the GDO channel. You will also support the Sell In team with the Key Account Planning definition and in monitoring sales KPIs. You will be working closely with the Commercial organization, especially Trade Marketing and the rest of the Marketing department.

Responsible for all update of sales KPI (sell-out/sell-in), including periodical reporting to manager and sales team
Responsible for KPI TRACKING: Budget, Incentives, Turnover, Assortment, Promotion, , definition and deployment of new set of Reporting (internal/external). Coordination of training for all users and stakeholders.
Analyze sales KPI via monitoring targets and adjust customer plan.
Support Sell-in Manager with:
- Daily analytics (sell in KPI’s, incentives tracking, ad hoc projects)
- Deep Dive on key customer (Conad, Selex,..)
- Team Call monthly preparation
Support the SALES ACCOUNT on the field, in the following activities:
- Sellin & Sellout analysis on specific customers
- Provide customers with technical information and trade bundles to set up assortment revision, promotions, sell-out activities.
- Interface with commercial marketing team in order to facilitate info/request exchange
Degree level education in Business Administration/Economics or similar
Commercial background with at least 1 year in Commercial roles (ideally a combination of Sales/ Trade Marketing experience)
Deep knowledge of Office package (especially Excel program)
Fluent in Italian & English
Strong team worker and high degree of initiative and speed
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Able to build relationships at all levels and across functions
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Willingness & ability to drive for outstanding results
Strong interest in an international career path, fully mobile
