Summary

As the Regional Sales Manager. your role is integral to the success of the business as you are responsible for managing authorize distributors, sales territories, coaching and training sales associates in order to achieve business performance and team effectiveness.

The internal job title for this role is Associate Manager, Sales Account Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance in the following areas through distributors and sales persons by identifying opportunities, monitoring performance, providing support and recommendation
  • Develop and implement sales plan with strategy with distributors
  • Conduct business review with distributors and top key customers in the responsible region
  • Focus will be in managing the Central region

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s in Economic, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in sales within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)
  • Experience in managing distributor and mobile to travel within Thailand
  • Strong strategic thinking and people management skills
