As the Senior Associate, Retail Account Management, you will be assisting in managing Modern Trade (MT) account. You will be responsible to drive the business growth and ensure a profitable volume growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To plan and cascade sales targets and objectives into the account by working collaboratively with line manager
- Analyze sales and market situation as well as necessary solutions for sales growth and competition
- Identify new opportunity in assigned area to gain sales and win in store
- Improve promotion execution and allocation to stores
- Build strong relationship and partnership by working closely with key customer contact
- Lead the team to implement the promotion plan, sell activities plan and deal with customer for store execution
- Ability to lead a team by using “work with” to do coaching in field to each salesman
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and in modern trade channel / key account management
- Experience in using Nielsen or similar data analysis tools
- Permanent – full time job
