Senior Associate, Retail Account Management

As the Senior Associate, Retail Account Management, you will be responsible to assist Key Account Manager (KAM) in dealing with customer to develop the strategic plan for Key Account. You will need to develop and drive the business within account assigned for business growth and ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work together with KAM for account planning to meet company’s target and objectives within Gross to Net (GTN) spending given
  • Execute the plan to drive distribution, Share of SKU, Share of Shelf and Share of Display based on target
  • Analyzing sales and market situation as well as consult KAM for necessary solutions for sales growth and competition
  • Design the promotion plan / selling activities plan and dealing with customer for store execution
  • Support customers in category data analysis and recommendation to help them build the category growth
  • Build relationship with customer by weekly schedule to meet customers, buyers, supply chain and market
  • Ensure for good implementation of in store advertising / activation / decoration to build awareness for consumer / shopper

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of sales experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and in modern trade channel / key account management
  • Analytical and result driven
  • Experiences in using Dunnhumby, Nielsen or similar data analysis tools
