Account Manager (our internal job title at SC Johnson is: Associate, Sales Account Management)
In this entry level role in our Canadian Sales organization, located in Brantford Ontario, you will maximize customer, SCJ profitability & growth through the development and implementation of sales and marketing programs for an established customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver key targets for account(s): Net Sales, Profit Margin, Share & Gross to Net
Execute annual account business plans in support of achieving pre-established objectives utilizing internal resources (Customer Marketing, Marketing, Category, Retail Coverage, Finance) & customer resources (account data, cross functional account contacts, in-store, eCommerce)
Plan for, track and analyze the distribution, pricing and expenditures related to all account activity
Provide analytical support to our eCommerce team
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada
University Degree (essential requirement), preferably in Business or Commerce
At least 1 year of related experience
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Strategic thinking and analytical fact-based problem-solving skills
Developing negotiations skills
Ability to actively participate in meetings, and work as a team and independently
Project management skills
Financial management skills
Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
Experience working with a retail customer
Experience with reporting & forecasting tools
