Associate Manager, E-Commerce (Contract)

The Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for driving overall sales performance across Amazon, Brick & Click and Last Mile Delivery accounts. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies to boost online sales and share growth, while also leading retailer media initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and optimize performance.

***Please note that this is a 12-month contract position***

Primary Accountabilities:

• Deliver key PL targets for the Amazon account.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Amazon account, including catalogue management, supply chain facilitation, media and promo planning, and spend management.
• Develop and implement strategies to accelerate sales growth of pureplay and omnichannel accounts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency partners to plan, execute, and optimize retailer media programs. 
• Monitor media and sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure e-commerce strategies align with overall business objectives.
• Represent SCJ as an eCommerce expert both internally and externally.

Required Skills and Education:

• University degree required (essential), preferably in business or marketing
• Relevant business experience, preferably in CPG and/or e-commerce
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Effective ability to drive collaboration within a cross-functional setting
• Proficiency in conflict resolution, negotiating, and project management
• Proficiency with reporting and forecasting tools (e.g., MS Office).
• Familiarity with Retail Link and Amazon Vendor Central is an asset

Remote work is available once per week for eligible positions.
