ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Assistant superstar. Someone with good analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a skill for juggling lots of balls. We’re looking for someone who can assist the marketing teams with the various administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide great day to day support to our marketing team

• Create SKU codes in SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), dealing with promo SKU codes

• Update internal databases   

• Project management on repacked products and displays: follow up on the process

• Coordinate POS creation, production and distribution

• Artworks approval - technical approvals and Product Image Database Update

• Product Catalogue Update

• Kick-off on PO (purchase orders) opening process

• Communicate with Finance department on on-time invoice payment

• Provide inputs for the monthly accruals process

• Contact suppliers, for example, for POS and online activations

• Coordinate online and print support of customers’ promotions (trade flyers, customers webshop, social media posts)

• Support the organization of internal and external meetings/events

Experience you will bring

• Fresh graduate or final year student  

• Fluent Hungarian

• English on communication level written and oral

• MS Office (especially Excel)

• Good presentation and communication skills

Job Requirements:

• Full Time

• 5 days (Monday-Friday)
