Point-of-Sales Expert, Marketing

JOB TITLE: Senior Specialist, Business Support

OVERVIEW:

About the role:

We are looking for a specialist to join our great Hungarian SCJ team as a marketing business support, someone who is passionate about managing operative projects with cross functional teams and a high level of attention to detail. This role supports the Marketing team and works closely with the Sales team in managing new product launches (PLM) and execution of promotions (P2P). Additionally, the role is responsible for tracking marketing expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:

Project management:

• Coordinate the internal process to launch promotional SKU codes, repacked products and displays
• Coordinate the development, production and distribution of Point of Sales (POS) material and be in contact with suppliers regarding POS activations
• Support with translations of websites and labels when necessary

Master data management

• Create SKU codes in SAP PLM (Product Life cycle Management)
• Input and coordinate the internal process related to new SKU
• Update our internal tracker with new SKU codes
• Update related Logistic data and relevant data bases

Artworks and products visuals

• Support the internal approvals for the Artworks of new products and coordinate product sample production
• Update the Product Image Database and Product Catalog

Help with payment process

• Responsible for purchase orders for relevant expenses
• Interact with Finance department regarding invoice payments and input for monthly expenses accruals 

Event organization

• Provide support of the organization of internal and external meetings/events

Experience you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in a department such as Logistics, Demand/Supply planning, Operational Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Sales is preferred
• Fluent English (oral and written)
• Native Hungarian
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in FMCG would be an advantage
