OVERVIEW:

About the role:

This Role is accountable for hiring, coaching, and following up and motivating E-Commerce field sales team to achieve the BDA compliance rates and healthy stock level to support the business, the categories growth and deliver the unit’s ambition.

Molded by Tech Savvies, this role will build and ensure excellent execution of all sales initiatives across all customers within the E-commerce channel and drive delivery of agreed targets and objectives.

The Role will contribute to the development and execution of the overall channel plan as well as inspire and engage the distributor sales function to deliver.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent execution of field sales strategy ensuring online stores are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and furnished with accurate, up-to-date content to achieve business and category growth and the unit’s multichannel presence ambition.
  • Inspecting landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent website-related systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Assisting with decisions about promotions such as Virtual bundles, discounted offers and affordable bulk packages.
  • Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders to ensure the roll out of website changes.
  • Inspecting and uploading customers' product reviews.
  • Analyzing sales-related data to predict future sales and foretasted stock requirements.
  • Monitor and drive delivery of all critical KPl's, objectives and growth targets ensuring key learning and insights are leveraged and built into the future planning.
  • Continuously drive to improve visibility, availability and conversion through understanding and responding to the needs of customers and through our field sales in call offer, selling tools, innovative virtual presence, Digital platform data, brand blocking etc.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Experience in a blue chip FMCG/ consumer products and customer development/field sales, (3-5 years of experience)
  • Proven ability to build strong and influential relationships with key stakeholders across a diverse customer base
  • Fluent English language
  • Experience in areas such as (but not exclusive to): Field Sales, Customer Management and Category Leadership is beneficial
