Senior Associate, Sales Account Management

Job Details:

Manages customer relationships via Distributor Management.  The incumbent will manage the implementation of customer specific business plans based on the cascaded Channel strategy integrated with the Brand strategies (e.g. FOCO Portfolio). Lastly, works to meet revenue targets by developing trade activities to drive category/share growth, increasing revenue spend per customer, and by identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities, including increased distribution.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver all financial targets for selected account portfolio
  • To ensure all agreed sales and merchandising objectives are achieved, in accordance with the Sales department’s goals and objectives
  • Drive distribution in the assigned regions & Achieve priority shares
  • Ensure Merchandiser resources are optimized

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 3-5yrs of experience in Sales
  • Core Channel Management experience is required managing multiple accounts is crucial
  • Experience in trade & instore activations
  • Experience with indirect distribution channel management is advantageous
  • FMCG experience
  • Negotiations skills
  • Teamwork and team management (will manage a distributor team)
  • Analytical skills

Job Requirements:

  • Full time role
  •  Local domestic travel (between governorates) 10%
  •  Field based 60% of time
