Reporting to the Associate Manager, Sales Account, the person will be working within our Traditional Channel Sales Team, giving support to all activities to meet business objectives in terms of sales, profit and share. Additionally, the person will be supporting Field Execution responsibilities helping on the management of all POS outsourced teams.


Support Traditional Channel Sales Team by helping with customer admin

Support of the Lead Sales Account Manager

  • Assortment:

  • In partnership with the Traditional Trade Manager and in line with company objectives, define the best assortment for customers
  • Ensures what has been negotiated with the customer is properly implemented: confirm availability date, provide technical sheets, check coding in customers workflow, track orders

  • Promotions: prepares proposals against customer briefs, put together selling argumentation, prepare promos technical sheets, check coding, availability and be responsible for promo inputs, follow up and tracking in the promo tool.

  • Communication: provide other SCJ services with the necessary information to execute the plans:

  • SSC: inform them about changes (NP, assortment, price lists, promos), checks implementation and orders
  • Collecting and preparing material (information, presentations, others) to be delivered to the External Field Teams (Adecco + Sociprime)
  • Support sharing of info coming from External Sales Teams within internal Sales Team helping the decision making

  • Analysis: run monthly turnover analysis and make recommendation to the Traditional Trade Manager on how to improve the execution of the plans. Take part in the customer plan building:

  • Collecting and analyzing existent data focusing on the major KPI’s (sell-in data, NPD performance, distribution, growth)


  • Master’s degree student or equivalent
  • Analytical and synthetical mind
  • Organized, autonomous and proactive
  • Strong communicator and team worker
  • Fluent in English
  • Excel, Powerpoint
