The Global Content Production Manager is responsible for managing our dynamic plug & play partner production ecosystem, maintaining creative best practices, working with our global media platforms partners, and evolving our social ecosystem. This role sits at the heart of all SCJ production; working with brands, media, creative agencies, to evolve our progressive Unified Production Governance model [UPG] at a global and local scale. In this role you will have line of site on all production, but will work with our partners to bring on new capabilities, new forms of storytelling, optimize existing partner relationships, and use technology and new methods of production to continuously boost our creative deliverables.
The Global Marketing organization is a central operation that enables innovation, collaboration, to drive change on behalf of our brands. To deliver leading capabilities that allow our regions the flexibility to localize, optimize, and growth across all current and future marketing touchpoints. In this role, you will sit within the Content and Production function of Media to Cart organization.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
Work directly with the UPG team to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and growth for SCJ and our brands.
Manage operations of all SCJ production plug & play partners.
Continue to evolve creative best practices with our platform partners, with our agencies, and our production partners.
Pilot new ways of working, new production capabilities, and publishing partners at a global and local scale.
Act as an executive producer for certain critical project and media partnerships.
Continue to flesh out our content marketing and social partner ecosystem.
Work directly with CIBA (Consumer Insights and Business Analytics) to measure creative effectiveness of various asset types and media platforms.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelorsdegree and7+ years of relevant experience
PreferredSkills / Experience / Competencies:
Demonstrated skills in managing complexity, providing strategic insight and executional excellence
Experience leading cross-functional teams to complete a task
Film production experience
Strong digital content background
Understanding of the media landscape and how narratives change based on consumer receptivity
Project management leadership skills
Organizational and communication skills with proven ability to work with agency partners and ideally with stakeholders in other countries (non-US)
Proven leadership in setting strategic direction and innovation in solving marketing issues
Experience with media or digital agency and client digital experience ideal
