Manager, NA eCommerce Marketing

The Manager, NA eCommerce Marketing position is responsible for driving the US eCommerce strategy, working closely with the brand and sales team to drive key initiatives across the portfolio, develop best practices and playbooks, and support execution of the strategic commercial plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive eCommerce strategy in alignment with category and sales teams:

  • Support customer engagement, joint planning, and long term business building sessions
  • Optimize and train teams on eComm Assortment best practices to maximize sales and profitability, including the roll-out of the Portfolio and Pricing Playbook and Principles
  • Drive holistic Social Commerce strategy and learning agenda
  • Develop and Implement 3P strategy and lead vendor relationships
  • Lead monthly meetings with eComm brand leads to drive portfolio initiatives and wiring across the organization
  • Serve as eCommerce thought leader and internal expert on best practices for conversion media
  • Drive Global partnership and collaboration via global eCommerce, brand, and RD&E teams
  • Consult with shopper team, media agencies, and sales eComm team on retail search and buy now plans, execution, and ongoing optimizations
  • Attend industry conferences to deepen expertise in digital commerce technologies and identify capabilities to accelerate growth over the next 3-5 years

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of eComm fundamentals, including but not limited to principles of assortment, search, content and digital marketing
  • Understanding of New Product Development Commercialization Process

Leadership Skills

  • Ability to collaborate and influence across functions
  • Ability to adapt to changing work and customer demands.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Entrepreneurial

Job Requirements:

  • Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees.
