Sr. Analyst, Supply Planning

Accountable for delivering balanced, world class results across case fill, inventory & process metrics with demonstrated commitment to supply planning process excellence and lean/continuous improvement. Performance against objectives is reviewed via weekly visual performance board meetings.
o Finished Goods Portfolio: ~150 - 300 SKUs OR
o Non-Finished Goods Portfolio: ~300 – 500 SKUs

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Manages an efficient MPS/DRP/MRP process for assigned technology(s), within respective region

2. Drives results through adherence to core supply planning processes and policies

3. Optimization of inventory and case fill, end to end

4. Drives decisions & trade-offs to optimize the supply plan and communicates to stakeholders

5. Develop constrained/feasible MPS/DRP/MRP plans over the aligned time horizon, via SAP & best practices

6. Cross functional (& external) collaboration to maximize trade-offs across production, inventory & capacity

7. Master data ownership & compliance

8. Escalate supply/inventory risk to the Supply Interface Manager & identify options to drive resolution

9. Measure, analyze & communicate key process metrics

10. Monthly inputs/capacity planning in support of Step 3 process

1. Proven organizational skills & ability to perform under pressure & manage priorities w/competing demands

2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills

3. Process improvement proficiency, e.g., root cause understanding, lean methodology, etc…

4. Ability to work on a high-performing team in collaborative environment

5. Quantitative/qualitative analysis, including business process metrics & measures linking to business KPI’s

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

1. University/Bachelor Degree required (in related field, e.g., Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration - preferred)

2. SAP experience/knowledge (planning related module); minimum 1 year 

3. Minimum 3 years business work experience (internships included)

4. High level proficiency w/PC-based applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access)

5. Demonstrated results working in a team-based, cross functional environment

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

1. Experience in the CPG industry and/or knowledge of

2. APICS certification, e.g., CSCP, CPIM, CLTD
