About the role:

Then join Home Cleaning Marketing Team at SC Johnson as Senior Associate !

You will be located in Turkey, but you will be managing Home Cleaning Category Middle East and Turkey.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing and monitoring sell-out data: market share, distribution, promotion performance.
• Developing innovation packaging, communication, marketing plans, business cycle presentations.
• Monitoring competitors’ launches, marketing activation and promotions with customer marketing team.
• Identify consumer insights and translate them into actionable plans to win at the point of sales for assigned categories
• Manage commercialization and launch phases of NPDs. Manage local NPD task force to ensure the appropriate roll out of NPD; provide input for concept development and adapt graphics for assigned brands
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on managing SKUs and tracking slow moving ones for assigned brand or segment
• Active participation in the S&OP process, leading business discussions & decisions to deliver company KPIs
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and agencies to deliver segment marketing plans.

Experience you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree level education, ideally within business administration, engineering, master of   marketing or business administration
• Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience
• Previous FMCG marketing and multi-country experience would be a plus
• Written and spoken fluency in English
• MS Office programs, SAP, Nielsen Nitro or Answers

• Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management experience
