Associate Manager, Customer Marketing

As the Associate Manager, Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for Customer Marketing activities across all assigned brands, segments or projects with geographic scope limited to the assigned cluster. You will drive and implement Category and Channel strategies in collaboration with marketing commercialization and country sales team for assigned category.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage promotion the assigned category according to activity plan and ensure stocks are available for sales in the system on time
  • Work closely with supply chain, vendor and procurement to design and develop all necessary documentations and materials
  • Manage allocation requirement relating to all Point of Sales Materials (POSM) within agreed time frame
  • Manage the content management and product assortment for the assigned channel
  • Provide channel insights and business analysis for assigned brands including
  • Collaborate with the Country Sales team to plan and drive channel strategies for assigned brands

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry with 3 years of experience in managerial
  • Good command in Nielsen Advisor 
  • Experience in managing channel and category
