As Associate Manager FP&A, Procurement Finance, the candidate is responsible to manage key global business and finance initiatives in partnership with senior management within the Global Procurement and Global Finance organizations. In the position, the candidate will gain a broad understanding of SCJ procurement/3PM footprint, develop business partnership and gain exposure to senior leadership. The position is based in the APAC Regional Headquarter, under the immediate supervision of the Manager, FP&A – Global Procurement based in Racine. In this position, the candidate will be in charge of providing leadership to the Finance Analyst, Procurement Operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Report, budget and forecast Regional andGlobal CommodityInflation & PPV and own feedstock tracking & reporting
Partner with Global and Regional Procurement functions to identify and track annual cost savings opportunities, including working capital improvement
Support MEA Finance validation for Procurement-led molds and investment at 3rd party manufacturer and supplier locations
Support Commercial Finance on commodity-driven price increase justification
Managing any key global business and finance initiatives in partnership with senior management within the Global Procurement and Global Finance organizations
Lead Global Procurement process improvement initiatives and ensureprocurement related controls are in place
Ensure financial controls are in place for signing and executing contracts in accordance with Delegation of Authority agreement.
Perform financial assessment of suppliers
Partner to develop, influence and implement category direct spend strategies.
Partner with the Procurement team on key direct and indirect negotiations.
Drive and support initiatives to increase AP and Cash value (SCF)
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field(CPA and/or MBA a plus)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FP&A (Supply Chain Finance a plus)
Demonstrate excellent leadership skills (self, others, business), fostering business partnership
Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and adaptability
Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to interface with all levels of management.
Able to work independently
