Associate Manager, ServiceNow Administrator/Developer (Project-Based 18 months)

Summary:

The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer plays a pivotal role in the delivery of support activities in the company’s HR Portal.  The role is responsible in development of new services and maintenance of existing portal functionalities. The role will also assist in developing technical support best-practices, coaching and solution impact analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide ServiceNow development Best-Practice expertise and support for HR Portal implementation.
  • Deliver ServiceNow development consulting to Center of Excellence and HR Delivery teams for all modules implemented
  • Development of workflows and scripts to personalize and improve existing ServiceNow applications
  • Conduct Technical Analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Development of ServiceNow custom applications from design to implementation in order to automate and improve processes
  • Train technical support in problem solving portal issues
  • Automation of routine tasks through ServiceNow including design, creation and administration of key components
  • Support for released services coming implemented as part of the MyHR Portal project.
  • Coordinate and implement the scheduling of upgrades and/or service packs, testing of such upgrades and general maintenance of ServiceNow
  • Work with process and application owners to seek out Service Improvement Opportunities
  • Develop and create dashboards and reports as needed

Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Experience (min 3 years) ServiceNow Developer role
  • 3+ Years IT Consulting experience
  • ServiceNow Administration/Developer Certification
  • Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and Software as a Service (SaaS) architecture
  • Knowledge of IT service management and the ITIL service operations and transition processes

Preferred:

  • Experience Implementing and maintaining HR Service Management Tools
  • Experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem
  • Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Strong Knowledge of HR Delivery Model

Job Requirements:

  • Amenable to 18 months project-based contract
  • Work Hours: Starts at 8AM or 9 AM until 5PM or 6PM (Mondays to Fridays)
  • Shifting work schedule might be required depending on the critical deliverables and the urgent requirements of countries supported
