Associate Manager, Supply Planning (Non-Finished Goods / Material Planning (MRP)

As the Associate Manager, Supply Planning (Non-Finished Goods / Material Planning (MRP), you will be responsible for coordination of raw materials as well as other parts and resources that are needed to manufacture products. This team supports the cluster priorities and strategies related to materials planning, in line with the company’s goal in driving competitive advantage and business growth.

The internal job title for this position will be Associate Manager, Supply Planning

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute core materials planning process to ensure material availability and adherence to frozen schedule

• Order all necessary components or raw materials to support the MPS plan utilizing the standard operating procedures defined by the global playbook

• Work with vendors to ensure undisrupted flow of components or raw materials

• Collaborate with procurement on vendor SLA performance

• Identify process improvement opportunities to the materials planning team

• Maintain system parameters and ensure accuracy of materials planning attributes

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related course

• Minimum of 3 years of material planning experience in consumer goods industry

• Intermediate system expertise in S&OP and SAP experience
