The Role

As the Director, APAC Regional HR Operations, your role is managing HR operations of a regional Employee Service Center (ESC) site and all field HR operations throughout their respective region. This includes managing the team leads, support staff, employee relations and the overall service delivery as it pertains to the HR service components and will be responsible for interacting with Global HR Operations Lead to develop and manage SLAs and metrics used to determine operational excellence.

What you will do

  • Serves as a liaison between the HR Operations organization, 1HR, Centers of Expertise and SCJ Employees
  • This position will be responsible for providing regular communication to the Global HR Operations on common tools, processes and metrics to be developed and executed throughout the HR Operations network. Additionally, this position will be responsible for driving consistency between the four regions (Americas North, Latin America, EMEA and APAC)
  • Partner with HRBPs on execution of HR operational activities in each plant and office location within respective region
  • Drives successful execution of HR Programs and processes, managing multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, systems knowledge, and effective communications

The requirements

  • Strong knowledge of customer service software applications (i.e., case management) and Workday
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • 7+ years of experience in Shared Services / Call Center Operations and / or General Operations or related field
  • Strong knowledge of at least one of HR data admin, payroll, talent, and compensation administration preferred
