Senior Associate, Sales (Merchandising)

The position is primarily responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies that balances company objectives and customer expectations. He or She will also be driving and monitoring in-store execution of FOCO campaigns and Perfect Store program in collaboration with Sales & Customer Marketing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies for new and existing products
  • Manage of merchandiser's & 3rd party agencies' performance to meet company's display and merchandising objectives
  • Track/monitor and report execution of FOCO campaigns & Perfect Store program
  • Develop generic or customized space management/plan-o-grams per store type/classification
  • Collaborate with Sales in implementing Category Management projects in identified Modern Trade/Traditional Trade accounts
  • Provide Sales with relevant category insights and regular distribution report (from Nielsen)

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related business course
  • At least 2 years merchandising or category management and sales experience in FMCG company
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • People & Results leadership
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Nielsen Advisor is an advantage

Job Requirements:

  • Full time
  • Expected to travel to areas/provinces to oversee and train merchandisers
  • Overtime is required from time to time due to projects
