The GRSS Senior Regulatory Associate/Associate Manager role is a PH based Regional position that supports and participates in all regulatory activities for the respective category assigned (Pest Control, Home Cleaning, Air Care, other). The successful candidate will play a lead role in providing analysis, strategic pathways, advice, and expertise in regulatory and registration related matters, including but not limited to regulatory reviews, registration and data management, country specific external government regulatory agencies and Trade Association engagement to build strong regulatory advocacy programs. The role requires flawless execution and delivery of end-to end compliance and registration activities including formula reviews, Finished good reviews, SDS generations, label approvals and data management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Understands and Applies the Country Specific Registration and Regulatory Requirements to support the business goals, including GHS and WHO requirements where applicable
Identify and interpret applicable laws (PH), regulations and Impact to the business
Maintains Company databases and compliance related IT tools, such as PLM
Experience with Metrics and PLM databases
As GSARA point of contact for the respective Category Project Assessments for Registration and Regulatory Compliance, provides critical support to project teams to support projet
Focuses and aligns local activities with regional and global plans and priority lists.
Summarizes and communicate regulatory requirements to the Regional Manager / Director.
Interacts with key personnel in regulatory agencies to ensure the timely resolution of issues, and the approval of registration actions. Secures and conducts meetings with regulatory agencies as necessary to achieve registration/compliance drawing on GRRC resources as needed.
Support in providing interpretive analyses of complex regulatory guidance documents, regulations, or directives that impact the company’s products and operations, summarizes implications for affected functions.
Proactively ensures necessary data requirements for registration dossiers in countries are communicated to region/Racine.
Continuously evaluates the regulatory climate and competitive markets of the assigned countries, identifies potential issues which may arise, work to favorably impact the outcome of emerging or existing issues and unlocking pathways to enable the business.
When appropriate, serve on government or industry task forces as a representative of the company in partnership with Government Relations. Seek to favorably impact registration requirements which will benefit the SCJ regulated business.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
BS or MS Degree preferably in a related science (chemistry, biology, pharmacy etc.)
Exposure to FMCG industry
Familiarity with FDA product regulations.
Fluent in English and Tagalog

Full or Part-Time, typical work hours & shifts, days of the week, whether overtime is expected, etc.
Percentage of travel time expected, where the travel occurs, whether the travel is overnight
Work environment, physical demands (if applicable)
Full time
Mobile, expected 20% travel in-country and overseas as and when needed
