Associate Manager, Customer Marketing

As the Associate Manager, Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for Customer Marketing activities across all assigned brands, segments or projects with geographic scope limited to Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage promotion co-packing of the assigned brand according to activity plan and ensure stocks are available for sales in the system on time
  • Work closely with supply chain, designer, co-packing and procurement to design and develop all necessary documentations and materials
  • Develop listing information for sales team on all promotion / non-promotions Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)
  • Manage allocation of any premiums, Gift with Purchase (GWP) or tester if any need
  • Manage allocation requirement relating to all Point of Sales Materials (POSM) within agreed time frame
  • Liaise with agency for the POSM development

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
  • Good command in Nielsen Advisor
  • Experience in managing distributors and traditional trade channel
