JOB TITLE: Brand Manager, Customer Marketing, BENELUX

About the role:

Reporting to BENELUX Customer Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing a commercial plan, portfolio management and in-store marketing activities for the different channels and major customers, being accountable for BELUX Net Sales and Market Shares. You are the main point of contact for the Belgium / Luxembourg market and responsible for the commercialization of all SCJ consumer brands within in this market.


  • Develop & implementing New Products Launch Plan, including distribution, price and promotional strategy.
  • Analyze market data and identify shopper Insights, translating them into actionable plans to win at the point of sales.
  • Developing & implementing activation plan for all brands, including e-commerce assets, promo packs, displays and other POS Materials.
  • Develop trade presentations and being able to present it to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Support Customer Marketing Lead in building an accurate forecast, via the local S&OP process.
  • Leading conversations and presentations with our regional marketing team.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Business School Master or equivalent university degree;
  • 2/3 years’ experience in Trade/Customer Marketing, CatMan or Sales.
  • Previous experience in FMCG or in a Retailer.                                                           
  • Native Dutch, fluent in English (both written and oral) and French is a plus.
  • Mobile within Europe
  • Previous experience using market data (e.g. AC Nielsen) and with project management (ie: In-Store Campaigns).
  • Proficient Microsoft Office, mainly Power Point and Excel.
