Integrated Supply Planner / Account Executive

This role functions jointly as the link between Woolworths Replenishment and SCJ Sales & Supply as our Integrated Supply Planner (ISP) while also supporting the Woolworths Sales Team on day to day business

The main aim of this position is to manage our customer supply relationship, forecasts, stock service levels, days of supply, case fill and mitigate potential out of stocks for all SCJ SKUs in the Woolworths network.

In addition to this, the role provides general support to the Woolworths Sales team across a range of activities including internal forecasting, claims, and customer management.

This role will see you working alongside the entire business to ensure business and customer objectives are achieved

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working across iconic brands such as Windex, Duck, Glade, Raid and Kiwi.
  • Delivery of KPI’s, including a variety of Supply Chain Metrics, Market share, Category/Sales performance measures and Customer Business Plan metrics
  • Manage Service levels and Days of Supply to Woolworths targets
  • Communicate all supply issues in a timely and detailed manner to Woolworths and SCJ key stakeholders & work to proactively resolve any issues as they arise
  • Coordinate and action outcomes from Quarterly AIM Meetings, in collaboration with Customer Supply Chain to plan execution of DC and store activity
  • Coordinate collaborative promotional forecast review meetings with Woolworths forecast team to drive accuracy
  • Provide ongoing support to the wider Woolworths team as required, including managing claims, forecasting, & customer management
  • Build strong business relationships with key stakeholders, within both customers and SCJ, through effective planning, account/supply management, communication, delivery of key performance indicators and resolution of service issues
  • Actively contribute as a key member of the Sales Team to improve the way the SCJ sales team operates, recognize the contribution of others and build increased sales capability

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Preferred 2+ Years’ experience gained in an ISP, customer management, sales support or field role preferably within FMCG industry
  • Strong field sales or account management experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Degree qualified in business / finance or related field.
  • Networking & relationship skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Goal-driven, with a desire to deliver extraordinary results every time regardless of challenges
  • A successful track record in field sales team and key account management
  • Excellent presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
