Sr. Associate, Retail Account Management

• Location: East Bohemia, Czech Republic

• Function:  Sales

Overview

Senior Associate, Retail Account Management will be responsible for the management of dedicated customers (E-commerce, Pharma wholesalers/chains, DIY chains), local Trade Customers (e.g. wholesalers and COOPs) and in-store execution of activities both in selected Modern Trade stores and Traditional Trade stores.

Responsibilities

  • Selling SC Johnson products to the Czech trade partners

  • Independent handling and driving development of E-commerce customers, Pharma channel, DIY channel and Traditional Trade customers in close cooperation with Trade Marketing department

  • Managing in-store execution of activities both in selected Modern Trade and Traditional Trade stores, which includes physical visits on stores

  • Managing a team of merchandisers in dedicated Modern Trade area

  • Coaching and supervising a team of outsourced sales representatives in dedicated Modern Trade area

  • Realization of sales targets within customer group

Uchazeč by měl mít již zkušenosti v obchodním prostředí, nejlépe v obchodním oddělení jako Junior Key Account Manager (ideálně pro E-commerce zákazníky) nebo jako Area Sales Manager. Zkušenosti s Trade marketingem budou výhodou.

Klíčové odpovědnosti budou obsahovat:

• Prodej SC Johnson produktů českým obchodním partnerům

• Nezávislé řízení rozvoje zákazníků E-commerce, Pharma, DIY a Tradičního trhu v úzké spolupráci s oddělením Trade Marketingu

• Exekuce aktivit ve vybraných obchodech Moderního a Tradičního trhu, která zahrnuje fyzické návštěvy obchodů

• Vedení týmu merchandisérů v definované oblasti Moderního trhu

• Koučování a supervizi nad týmem externích obchodních zástupců v definované oblasti Moderního trhu

• Realizace prodejních cílů v rámci definované skupiny zákazníků

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Commercial background with work experience, 1-3 years of Sales Experience in FMCG is a must

  • Fluent in Czech and at least intermediate level of English

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of e-commerce channel

  • Understanding and knowledge of other distribution channels (Pharmacies, DIY, Sapa) is an advantage

  • Additionally understanding and knowledge of the Czech drugstore wholesaler market will be a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook

Hledáme někoho, kdo je dynamický, aktivní a chce se dále rozvíjet a splňuje následující požadavky:

• Plynulou znalost češtiny a alespoň mírně pokročilou znalost angličtiny

• Zkušenost s prací v prodejním oddělení, 1-3 roky prodejních zkušeností v FMCG jsou nutností

• Silné vyjednávací schopnosti a schopnost stanovit priority

• Schopnost efektivně komunikovat se všemi úrovněmi a odděleními organizace

• Schopnost usilovat o výsledky s vysokou mírou iniciativy a rychlosti

• Je silný týmový hráč, schopný budovat vztahy na všech úrovních a napříč funkcemi v nejednoznačném prostředí

• Počítačové dovednosti (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Znalost e-commerce kanálu je nutností

• Znalost dalších distribučních kanálů (lékárny, DIY řetězce, Sapa) je výhodou

• Znalost prostředí českých drogistických velkoobchodů je výhodou

• Bydliště v Praze/Východních Čechách

Job Requirements:

  • Full-time

  • 5 days (Monday-Friday)

  • approximately 50% of working time spent on travel        

•          Práce na plný úvazek

•          5 dní (pondělí - pátek)

•          přibližně 50% pracovní doby strávené cestováním
