Associate Manager, Sales Account Management, E-Commerce

This role is to develop business in China.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In charge of one key e-platform (sales weight>30%) portfolio/advertising/activation strategy, planning, budge and execution, closely work with account sales to achieve top/bottom line target and market share target
  • Co-work with brand mkt team to land brand campaign or NPD launch on e-platforms
  • Maintain good relationship with key e-platforms MKT function to get enough resource and maximize ROI
  • Product Assortment and Content Management for responsible e-platforms
  • Ecommerce insight and business analysis for responsible e-platforms
  • Liaise with eCommerce agency to propose and align execution KPI for responsible e-platforms
  • A&P management and P&L tracking for responsible e-platforms

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Minimum 3 years marketing working experience in Marketing or EC marketing
  • Successful campaign practice in EC marketing or marketing territory
  • Excellent analysis, communication and planning skill
  • Strong logic thinking with high self-discipline
  • Good communication and collaborative skills.
  • Good at project management
  • A minimum of Bachelor degree in Marketing/e-Commerce

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • EC mkt account experience in Tmall or is preferred
  • Industry (household) related digital working experience is preferred

Job Requirements:

  • Full time work, overtime is expected
  • Travel will up to 10% of work time within country
