ABOUT THE ROLE
The Associate Brand Manager, Air Care – Portfolio Management will support the delivery of base innovation & renovation initiatives rooted in consumer insights to further grow the brand and forms in charge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable for 2 key segments (product forms) across geographies. Identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
Translating unmet consumer needs into winning concepts for core renovations delivering advantage for our products (with consumers, customers & vs. competition).
Scope, lead & deliver new product renovations to fuel the commercial business.
Own the segment in charge. Deliver 5-year product and marketing innovation pipelines working closely with expand innovation & Equity.
Partner with markets/clusters in the IGP planning against local problems to solve by building and aligning global solutions with local markets and senior regional leadership.
Understand consumer and shopper insights that drive segment priorities. Analyze, distill and make conclusions/recommendations to support business initiatives and priorities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor's degree and minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, or minimum 3+ years of experience and advanced degree preferred
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

Global experience or exposure is ideal but not required
