Associate Brand Manager, Global Portfolio Strategy and Brand Equity - Raid Core

The Global Associate Brand Manager (Portfolio Strategy and Brand Equity) for Raid Core will lead the development & execution of integrated brand communications, visual brand language, claims strategy, portfolio strategy and brand purpose. Will also strongly partner with innovation team and country marketing commercialization teams to deliver Strat 2025 plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lean into consumer insights and opportunities leveraging HD and analytical tools, to shape holistic brand strategies and create winning plans for Strat 2025
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure best in class adopts and adapts of Raid Masterbrand, Disease Defense and Raid MAX toolkits
  • Partner with BBDO to continue Masterbrand optimizations and toolkit evolution
  • Ownership of total Insecticide scope/production budgets (planning and in season adherence)
  • Drive in depth brand architecture/persona exploration with the Landor & Fitch agency
  • Lead holistic visual brand design development for Raid Core products while partnering with markets to ensure flawless execution
  • Lead Human Bait in market activations which include direct collaboration with PA, Legal, OMG and other cross functional partners
  • Partner with CPX to lead articulation of brand’s product experience via claims
  • Partner with agencies to develop brand assets including creative content for Integrated Marketing Communication plans
  • Partner with base innovation teams, Idea Lab and RDE to ensure brand strategy execution
  • Shared accountability for Brands’ P&L and shares globally

Required Skills/Experience /Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related subject required
  • 5+ years of related work experience or 3+ years with an advanced degree

Preferred Skills/Experience/Competencies:

  • Global experience/exposure
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in developing consumer products
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams
  • Successful partnerships with agencies and ability to leverage IMC assets into execution
  • MBA Preferred
  • Passion for creativity and innovation
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, and able to turn that to advantage
  • High sense of urgency
  • Demonstrated team leadership and development
