Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Supply Chain Internship - Summer 2024

As a Global Supply Chain intern at SC Johnson, you’ll be involved in strategic projects that make an impact to the organization in our largest, global manufacturing site, Waxdale. You’ll be part of a team which will allow you to gain skills which will help prepare you for a full-time career in Engineering.

Your Supply Chain internship project will focus on providing enriching experiences to help develop key skills in one or more of these areas:

• Assist Process Engineers with formulations, process changes and management of capital projects
• Leverage engineering methods and Lean methodology to drive improved equipment effectiveness (OEE)
• Partner with operations teams, production managers and technical resources to design and implement solutions that continually raise the bar for safety performance

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Must be enrolled and seeking bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related degree with a graduation date of December 2024 or May/June 2025
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment
• Available to complete internship late May 2024 through early August 2024

Job Requirements:

• Full time Monday- Friday
• 12-week summer internship
• This position is not eligible for remote work
