As the Senior Associate, Talent Management & Organizational Development, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of the Global Leadership Development Series agenda. The Global Leader Development Series is the largest development program at SC Johnson, open to all career levels and delivered in 6 languages. You will support the Global Leadership team with training logistics management, executing coaching requests, data analysis, reporting and ad hoc support on leadership projects. By supporting global programs such as the Global Leader Development Series (both in person and virtually) and coordinating coaching requests, you will have an opportunity to build global and local relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program / Training Support
Administer the Learning Management System to set up leadership programs in partnership with L&D team
Support employee registration for courses, including communicating directly with employees, troubleshooting registration issues, ensuring participants have registered correctly
Communicate with training facilitators and providing training rosters in a timely manner
Support with training administration in preparation for in person classes, for example preparing printed materials, sign in sheets and giveaways
Manage the learning experience before sessions by sending out pre-work and reminder emails
Evaluate and provide feedback to facilitators to ensure consistent delivery
Manage feedback and metrics process by tracking attendance and sending out follow-up surveys to get participant feedback
Coordinate on-site training logistics for end-to-end delivery (attending all classes in person to support facilitators with ad hoc needs during training, taking photographs/videos)
Analyze and organizing metrics data into dashboards
Analyze survey feedback and presenting key themes to Leadership Development Team
Coaching Support
Coordinate and execute coaching requests
Maintain coaching process documentation
Invoicing/Budget Management
Maintain and report on budget trackers across Leadership Projects
Submit and track invoice payments
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Business or related field
Two years of organizational and/or project management experience
One year of experience in coordinating training programs
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
Experience with MS Office
Experience in using Excel for advanced data analysis (for example VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)
Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyze data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with learning management system (Workday)
Ability to work with global time zones confidently to ensure global training schedule is delivered flawlessly
Ability to travel to multiple office locations in Racine area (training may be delivered across multiple office locations)
Ability to work flexibly (start early/finish late) for training room setup/clean up
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Full Time
40 hours per week
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones as/when needed.
Remote work may be available once a week for eligible employees based on business need and employee eligibility.
