The Tier 2 Sr. Associate, Payroll is responsible for the audit and completion of biweekly and supplemental payrolls; manage all aspects of the wage garnishment process in partnership with our third party vendor; support process improvement projects and administer the overpayment process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Process end-to-end payroll for US, Puerto Rico and Canada
Manage garnishment process with third party vendor
Responsible for the compilation and updating of all processes and procedures related to payroll
Manage our overpayment process
Analyze and evaluate existing processes, document and implement improvements in process efficiencies
Identify, research and resolve payroll discrepancies through independent analysis and evaluation, taking appropriate corrective action to avoid pay issues
As part of the MyHR Delivery Center, ensure to address employees’ concerns and questions in a timely manner
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field preferred
2+ years minimum experience with payroll processes (preferably with US, Puerto Rico and Canada payroll)
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Working knowledge of US, Puerto Rico and Canada payroll practices/policies/taxes
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to lead and motivate others without formal authority
Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
Organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Strong PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong drive for results, accuracy, and control compliance
Ability to use initiative and be proactive in anticipating problems which may occur
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Strong communication skills and customer service experience
Experience with Ultimate, Workday and ADP Workforce Now is preferred
