Sr Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

This position reports to the Manager, FP&A – NA Supply Chain Logistics. This is a highly collaborative position both within Finance (Supply Chain & Global Product Supply Finance) and cross-functionally (Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance). The position will support the Lifestyle Supply Chain teams, responsible for analysis and reporting of sales freight (SF), other distribution (OD) and inbound freight (IBF) variances, supporting key strategic initiatives, cost savings projects (C$ave) and deductions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial support to cross-functional partners, including the Lifestyle Logistics, Warehousing and Procurement teams and NA Supply Chain teams.
  • Play a key role in the Lifestyle Supply Chain integration, including the refinement of month-end processes, business reporting, and working cross-functionally with the Lifestyle Supply Chain, Customer Supply Chain and finance teams.
  • Lead the budgeting for Lifestyle Sales Freight, Other Distribution, In-bound Freight and Functional Expenses.
  • Manage weekly and monthly reporting for Lifestyle SF/OD/IBF variances, identify/resolve issues and prepare monthly commentary, scorecards and reporting.
  • Participate in project teams and provide financial support for cost savings projects and strategic initiatives for both Lifestyle and NA Supply Chain teams.
  • Enhance current capabilities and reporting to provide better financial support and visibility to cross-functional partners. 
  • Provide financial support for various projects including, but not limited to, MEAs (Major Expenditure Authorization), SOAR improvements (internal controls), internal audit recommendations and various logistics projects.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • BBA Finance or Accounting and 4 years of experience.

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Breadth of experience, including Global Product Supply Finance, Commercial Finance or Corporate Control, with exposure to various P&L line items.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP, BW, and BPC
