We are seeking a Category Manager to join our small, but passionate category team.  Our mission is to grow eco-cleaning by developing and landing strategies that deliver for the consumer, our retailers and our brands.  We're looking for an experienced category manager that can quickly build a rewarding relationship with our retailers.  Key responsibilities include managing our relationship with strategic customers Sainsburys, Ocado and Amazon.


•Manage our category management relationship with Sainsburys, Ocado and Amazon

•Build amazing relationships with our retailers, becoming their go-to contact for impartial, actionable advice

•Create and land bespoke eco-cleaning category strategies with our retailers

•Lead range reviews which deliver wins for the consumer, retailer and our brands 

•Undertake ad-hoc research and analysis, delivering in-depth assessments and recommendations that are simple to understand

•Work hand-in-hand with colleagues in sales and marketing to build winning brand plans and JBPs

•Identify and champion future growth opportunities with a particular focus on recruiting new shoppers into eco-cleaning

Experience you’ll bring:

•Essential: Experience in building and landing category strategies with retailers

•Desirable: Strong working knowledge of e-Commerce (bricks + clicks and pureplay)

•Essential: A proven track record of leading successful range reviews from start to finish

•Essential: Comfortable in analysing data and turning it into actionable insights

•Essential: Experienced at presenting to buyers and also larger audiences, such as at retailer sell-in days

•Essential: Experienced in working with sources of data Nielsen/IRI, Kantar

•Desirable: Experienced in working with Sainsbury's Insight Portal

•The ability to manage a diverse, ever-changing and interesting workload

•Have communication & influencing skills to drive collaborative relationships with UK team & to enable you to deliver results through others
