This position supports the SC Johnson’s Corporate Account Team with demand forecasting and inventory management tactics designed to meet and exceed the customer’s goals for productive inventory and service levels for the entire SC Johnson product portfolio.
They will facilitate the collaboration process between SC Johnson and Walmart and their cross functional teams, namely Sales, Replenishment, Product Supply, Supply Chain and Logistics to reach a demand-forecast consensus with defined demand-based supply chain / logistics capacity execution requirements.
The position requires the individual communicates, persuades, and ensures proper execution in-line with the demand-forecast consensus, delivering on-time and in-full to customer expectations.
In addition to CPFR (collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment) responsibilities, this role is the single point of accountability for the effective implementation of sustainable, cost effective, supply chain processes for their respective business(es).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This position requires detailed customer level planning at the national, DC, and store levels, creating inventory and demand analysis for solutions, using both SC Johnson and Walmart systems and analytic tools.
Leverage the Walmart Order Forecast and the Walmart S&OP Process for precise Supply Chain Planning, that enables field sales to achieve goals and SC Johnson to achieve CFR goals.
Monitor weekly reporting and scorecards, proactively communicating with SCJ cross-functional partners and Walmart Replenishment on corrective actions when necessary.
Able to develop strategic business solutions to aid in inventory control, supply chain efficiencies, and cost reduction, at time leveraging big data to gain insights.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
A four-year degree and a minimum five-years of experience, in Supply Chain, Account Management, or Shopper Insight Analytics, or an advanced degree with three years of experience in Supply Chain, Account Management, or Shopper Insight Analytics. ORmilitary experience considered in lieu of education requirement and five years of experience in Supply Chain, Account Management, or Shopper Insight Analytics
Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Previous CPFR experience a significant plus

Ability to complete projects/tasks within assigned timeframe sometimes with competing priorities
Good verbal/written communication and delivery skills
Working knowledge of computer software (Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, BW)
Full Time, first shift, minimum 40 hours per week
Open office environment
Some travel required ~5%, domestic, requiring over-night stays
