  • Summary of Role / Job Description:
    • The purpose of the role is to provide financial leadership and analysis to deliver Delivered Cost improvement year-on-year, identify savings opportunities and develop plans to deliver them, and to reduce Extra Costs. The position also plays an important role in driving Cost Savings validation, 3PM Management and financial planning and reconciliation. Provide cross-functional leadership partnering with the local FD and PSD, and influence both PS and Finance organizations.
  • Primary Accountabilities:
      • Execute and govern Standard cost process and deploy global Reporting and Analytics.
      • Prepare rough and final costing estimate plus related analysis partnering with NPD and category teams
      • Provide financial support in cost saving projects, help identifying opportunities and determine cost impact
      • Provide financial leadership to regional sourcing and strategy studies preparing final recommendation to management
      • Lead the S&OP risks and opportunities assessment for Delivered Costs monthly
      • Provide variance analysis and Mfg. P&L forecasting for the business leveraging cross-functional finance input from Procurement, Supply Chain, and Mfg. GPS Finance
      • Partner with the local FD/PS Directors to drive delivered cost down
      • Provide analysis and commentary on Delivered Profit
      • Provide ad hoc analysis on total delivered cost
      • Cost cards analysis and update
      • Play a coordinating role with Sr Analysts and Analysts in Buenos Aires
  • Qualifications:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
      • 5-7 years finance experience of increasing responsibility
      • Fluent in English
      • Analytical skills including NPV analysis experience
      • Strong Computer skills, Microsoft Office, SAP, BPC
      • MEA Experience
      • Ability to implement and enforce internal controls
      • Process Improvement / Understanding of Lean Concepts
      • Team building skills, especially across countries
      • Demonstrate ability to influence across organization
      • Problem solving and adaptability
      • Self-starter and acts with integrity
