Primary Accountabilities
As an Associate Manager at SC Johnson, you will have the opportunity to provide a quality service to businesses in each of the countries, automating and streamlining the area's processes.

One person inspired to create Business Value based on Data, enabling BI & Analytics and promoting make data driven decision faster. Working for creating new solutions and have always the user experience as a priority, all of that through one culture of agility.
Development and creation of BI solutions through Tableau and Teradata platforms, whereas promoting one business data driven culture.
This role requires of one professional with the ability to perform as a technical expert, data explorer, visual storyteller and an analytical influencer that can fulfill due dates defined and deliverables expected for current initiatives and projects. Strong business and technology skills are required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Economic, Engineer or Computer Science or related degree.
- Data Analytics certification (must).
- 1+ years of experience in Tableau/Power BI (must).
- Teradata/SQL Server (nice to have).
- 1+ years of regional/global project (nice to have).
- Fluent in English, oral and written (must).
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- Experience operating with a geographically diverse global team.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate across organizations to optimize outcomes.
- Agile methodology/Scrum master knowledges (nice to have).
