Ensure on time execution of export process from Mexico to US & Asia Countries., continuous improvement of regular issues, day to day operation coordinator.
- Management of information, analysis & reporting.
- Control of his/her specific operation.
- Follow up on unusual expenses on root cause analysis and correction.
- Need to keep the business updated with operational dates for urgent materials.
- Being a day to day contact for Associate Manager in charge of the country.
The incumbent is responsible delivering product to internal subsidies. The incumbent’s efforts cause him/her to relate with a variety of departments within the company. His/her major contacts include all levels of analysts from Procurement, RD&E, Legal, Product Supply, Marketing, Lean logistics, GSARA, and external suppliers. He/She will be part of a team located in another country, hours discrepancy is expected to happen, he/she needs full availability for attending issues in different time zones, day to day operation is in another time zone.
Primary Accountabilities:
- On time delivery for his/her clients (internal & external)
- Compliance with the incumbent country regulations.
- On time payment for logistics suppliers.
- Participation on strategic regional meetings with product supply colleagues.
- Continuous improvement actor.
- Report out KPI´s, root cause analysis and long-lasting solutions for day to day operation.
- Day to day operational controller.
- Great sense of urgency, needs to attend afterhours request by being part of an abroad team. Execution of the export process in the required country.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in similar position.
- Fluent in English.
- High level of integrity.
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skills, ability to lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate & implement a strategy to ensure compliance.
- Excellent oral communication & report, business correspondence & procedure-writing skills.
- Change agent with energy, passion, and enthusiasm to drive change.
- Ability to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities effectively.
- Will work with the highest level of compliance international trade rules and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
