This role is to own the short to midterm marketing commercialization strategy for assign brands. Activities include: oversee commercialization of product development(including project and product launching on time in full with timely tracking/ Media to cart communication from planning to launch with evaluation）, provide inputs in pricing strategy, manage media planning for assign brands and monitor sales & market shares for assigned brands. Collaborate with sales & consumer marketing team in analyzing and providing inputs on domestic and regional market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the assigned brand. Ensure timely execution excellence in planned activities as agreed to achieve overall assign business targets. When necessary, adapt plans to improve the sales and market share performance. Work with respective outside digital& media social agencies to drive implementation of media strategy effectively and appropriately for the target audience under assigned project campaign.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Owns short to midterm brands strategy & business review for assigned segments
Independently manage global projects to be execute domestic, regionally- Glocal cooperation
Execute Marketing Communication Strategy for assigned brands.
Management of local brand strategy & execution (if any/as required)
Full responsibility of P&L for the assigned brands/segments
Deliver the profit, market share, margin & revenue objectives for the assigned brands & countries
Led the commercialization of NPD process for assigned brands
Provide assumptions for Major Expenditure Authorization. Prepare MEA draft to feed platform MEA.
- Consumer Communication
Lead and/or provide inputs for media strategy for assigned brand and manage execution of the strategy
Leads local social network & ensure alignment with brand positioning
Provide inputs for Creative Agency Brief writing. Writes brief to agencies & scoping document
Own monthly brand retail analytics & validate business size/assumptions
Analyze sales, share & NPD performance, form insights & provide recommendation on action plan.
Provide input for pricing strategy for assigned brand. Present pricing changes impact on volume & share.
- People Management
Support managers in providing inputs to Global marketing teams for assigned brands
Work closely with functional team members, Customer marketing & Sales team to ensure excellence country execution on assigned brands and countries
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business and/or Marketing. Those with Masters/ MBA is preferred
- 3-6 years of Commercial experience (Sales/ Trade Marketing/ Marketing)
- Preferably experience in FMCG
