The job is designed to help to manage Social, VIP and Suning platforms to support sales growth acceleration for SCJ China. Target annual sales volume: 40 million (CNY) and will oversee 4 dealers and 4 eCommerce key accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales target, and obtain social channel /platform business building blocks
- Define social channel strategy, initiate yearly sales & marketing strategy for profitable sales growth
- Deliver monthly sales target, ensure customer’s healthy business growth; Drive GMV (Gross Merchandise Volume), and win for more value share
- Drive business in creative thinking and innovated marketing program in platforms
- Well understand social platforms (TIKTOK, Kuaishou) play principle combined with SCJ strategy, initiate customer development plan
- Lead and effectively cowork with platform to. get traffics and GMV with proper investment
- Collaborate with internal department to solve daily operation problems, including logistical, after sales, quality etc.
- Rapidly develop online business model for new business development. Based on market dynamic to develop new business opportunities
- Responsible for AR (Account Receivable) management. Balance and control customer investment with annual plan to make maximum profit. Lead self and others to work close for sales or GMV driving
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Bachelor degree majored in Marketing/Sales/e-Commerce, or related areas.
- 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing field, At least 1-2 years’ Ecommerce experience
- Strong negotiation skills in tense situations as well as resolving conflict, can work under pressure
- 20% Percentage of travel time
