This role is responsible for reflect sales demand in standard operating procedure (SOP) cycle. Plan monthly and weekly pacing and coordinate channel and region SOP alignment. Coordinate daily order issues solution like out of stock (OOS) and regional distribution center (RDC) inventory shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Update sales bottom up by channel by region SOP. Sales margin clarification and clarify assumption and tracking. Sales opportunities and risks provision and communicate between sales team and SOP team
Translate monthly SOP target to weekly pacing of gross sales (GS), order by channel by region and deploy to provinces and customers. All issues and commitments must be tracked. Coordinate national key account (NKA), regional key account (RKA), gross ton (GT), SOP split in region level. Weekly meeting with supply chain team to coordinate the demand and production with APEC supply team
Act as window to reflect sales demand of RDC inventory shift or monthly 0 emerging demand fulfillment. Allocate and prioritize limited inventory to channels and customers. Communicate control tower meeting information to sales team to save invalid order frequency
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
3-4 years experience in sales operation or data analysis function
Flexible with meeting fit with different time zones
