Sr Associate, Marketing Commecialization

Lead the execution of the short to midterm marketing commercialization strategy for assign brands. Activities include: Collaborate with sales and customer marketing team for product listing, brand presentations and market competitor analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Support short to mid-term Marketing Commercialization strategy implementation for assigned brands, country
  • Support preparation for brand business reviews


  • Support the commercialization process of NPD & lead the trademark registration process
  • Prepare the data & analysis for assumptions for Major Expenditure Authorization & support MEA draft

Consumer Communication

  • Responsible for the execution of media strategy with support from the manager
  • Lead and drive artwork preparation & changes
  • Leads barcode management, label change & pricing maintenance
  • Support in managing local social network (if any)


  • Own Step 1 & 2 - share analytics
  • Collaborate with Sales & Customer Marketing team to drive execution of Sales & Trade promotions
  • Track sales, market shares & NPD performance
  • Provide analysis and data required to form the pricing strategy


  • May interface with GM Country, Country Manager, Marketing Commercialization team, Global Marketing teams
  • Work closely with Customer marketing team & Sales team on excellence executions  

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business and/or Marketing. Those with Masters/ MBA is preferred
  • 1-4 years of Commercial experience (Sales/ Trade Marketing/ Marketing)

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Fulfill Success Driver and CDG proficiency on assigned level and job
  • Marketing Technical Competency proficiency level: Stage 1 - Learning & applying, Stage 2 - Working knowledge teaching others, Stage 3 - Expert teaching others
  • Experience in FMCG will be added value

Job Requirements:

  • Permanent full time role
  • Fluent in conversational and written English
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi task, high sense of urgency and keen attention to details
  • Team worker, to work across functions and levels
  • Understand ACNielsen syndicated data, MINE, and adopt processes
  • Strong interest in domestic/regional commercial careers
