Associate Manager, Sales Account Management (Key Account)
Taiwan Job ID 22968 ApplyThis role will manage 55% of SCJ Taiwan sales, responsible for developing / implementing the strategy and plans to grow the key accounts business and lead key account team with strong leadership in Taiwan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop the strategies and plans to grow overall direct accounts growth target
Deliver KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) which include business growth, spending control, AR (Account Receivable) collection, market share gain, fast distribution, well executing plans in all direct accounts
Identify and prioritize business development opportunities and execute with good ROI (Return on Investment)
Profitably develop the business by balancing company and customer requests and demands. Resolve conflict with win-win solutions
Drive cross functional cooperation with customers and setup/develop sustainable growth model
Developing an effective cross layer relationship both internal and external
Coach and develop team and field sales to build a strong customer team from headquarters to store
Successfully negotiate annual contracts within guidelines
Conduct annual, quarterly and monthly business reviews and business planning sessions with customers to agree on opportunities and achieve mutual objectives
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in business majors
Experienced in handling total direct accounts with good tracked records
Strong leadership to lead team to deliver the growth plans
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Skillful in office software, especially excel and power point will be plus
Sales Operations or Trade Marketing experience is an advantage
Automobile license is preferred
Job Requirements:
Full-time
Travel within Taiwan, ~20% of time
