Business Support Specialist
Location: Warsaw, Poland

As a valued member of the Polish team, you will be responsible for looking after a range of business operations within our Warsaw office. In this role, you will report to our Country Director and work cross-functionally with employees in different functions like sales, marketing and finance, located in Poland and other countries, as well as with customers, banks and other official polish agencies.


  • Manage customer invoices and vendor accounts

  • Speak with customers to deal with enquiries

  • Assist and work closely with the accounts receivables and treasury teams

  • Support queries in VAT tax-related matters

  • Approve travel expenses of employees and manage corporate credit cards

  • Identify, suggest and implement improvements to new and existing processes

Behaviors you’ll need:

  • You have a high level of initiative and work well in a cross-functional team.

  • You are well organized with a high attention to detail

  • You like to work in an international environment and enjoy a dynamic working environment

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Experience in financial / business support roles

  • Good knowledge of Polish taxes and travel expenses accounting

  • Good SAP and Excel skills

  • Fluent Polish and very good English skills
