Associate Manager - Sales Account Management - Poland [A]

Job Description

ROLE SUMMARY

You will be leading a Key Account Management Team for a specific group of customers while also driving the management and business development of Key Accounts within the Polish trade market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Developing SCJ business with Polish trade partners - independently handling current clients and acquiring new ones
  • Seizing new business opportunities and implementing them with customers
  • Realization of sales and distribution targets within managed customer group
  • Lead and manage customer P&L (focus on profitability)
  • Developing highly motivated, high-performing teams with a team atmosphere that others want to be part of
  • Preparation of annual negotiations and Joint Business Plans with customers and their realization within agreed budgets
  • Ownership of key business processes, including Forecasting, Collections/Deductions management, promo-spend budget management


Position Requirements

DESIRED SKILL REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES / EXPERIENCE

  • Commercial background with at least 7 years’ commercial experience
  • Understanding and knowledge of the Polish & European trade environment
  • Strong analytical skills and P&L management experience
  • Fluent in English and Polish
  • Degree level education or equivalent, emphasis on Sales & Marketing (Finance or Technical Disciplines would also be welcome)
