The SC Johnson office in Warsaw is situated just outside the city center in a state-of-the-art office. The facility is home to a dynamic commercial team, consisting of Sales and Marketing, and the friendly HR team of the MyHR Delivery Centre, who is responsible for all HR operations throughout EMEA. ROLE SUMMARY

This role is perfect for an HR Talent who seeks a fun, welcoming, and collaborative work culture that is built on meritocracy and the possibility to leave a mark.

 You will get hands-on exposure to the Compensation & Benefits and be provided with lots of training and opportunity to grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with salary & benefits recommendations as well as annual salary review

  • Participate in the market comparison efforts (benchmark studies, etc.)

  • Help with collating data from various sources and across data formats

  • Explore compensation & benefits and global mobility best practices and work on programs that truly impact our people and our business

  • Partner with diverse and international colleagues and the wider HR community across the EMEA with regard to all total rewards programs

  • Provide support with communication and administration of various components of a company's pay and rewards program

  • Performs special projects and related duties, as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Advanced English

  • Team player

  • Analytical skills

  • Good use of Excel and other analytical tools and willingness to constantly improve

  • Enjoying interacting with others

  • Focused and Go-getter

  • Ownership of assigned projects & tasks

  • Interest in HR, total rewards, market research
