Associate, Sales E-Commerce

The job is designed to develop and manage overall for sales growth acceleration for SCJ Japan, and you will be responsible to deliver sales revenue of SC Johnson's products and develop market share for E-retailers such as Askul in Japan and you will be required of delivering analytical data and planning for sales promotion
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales target, and obtain fair market share at Amazon etc in Japan
- Well understand customer features and needs, combined with SCJ strategy, initiate customer development plan
- Support line manager in planning sales activities for online B2C partners
- Reporting and analysis on E- Commerce market data and trend
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- University degree majored in Marketing/e-Commerce/Computer Science, or related areas
- Japanese language capabilities at native level (English language capabilities at business level is preferrable)
- Result driven & detailed oriented
- Excellent analysis and planning skill
- Strong interest of E-Commerce business and willingness to take on new challenges
Job Requirements:
- Permanent: Full time job
- Worklocation: Yokohama, Kanagawa JAPAN
- Working hours: 9:00-17:30
