Senior Analyst, Accounting

Summary:

The purpose of this role is to manage the accounting activities, including ensuring adherence to financial policies (internal and external), statutory/tax requirements, leading month-end and year end closing process, and coordination with SSC (Shared Service Center) for Treasury, Fixed Assets, AR (Account Receivable), AP (Account Payable) and General Ledger transactions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly and year-end closing activities, ensuring accuracy of full P&L and Balance Sheet
• Key point of contact within the cluster for coordination with SSC (Shared Service Center) on Treasury, Fixed Assets, AR (Account Receivable), General Ledger for Korea and AP (Account Payable) for North Asia
• Preparation and submission of statutory requirement and/or key point of contact with outsourced statutory agency in the cluster members 

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or business-related fields
• Japanese language capabilities at native level / English and Korean language capabilities at business level
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Fixed Assets &  Accounts Payable Management
