What began as a niche music festival in Indio, California in 1999, Coachella is now a stage not only for musicians, but for brands to drive experiences as well. The Brand Experience (aka Marketing) teams at SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands seized the opportunity this year with a standout activation presence for leading brand method® throughout the festival.

The “unleash your inner shower” campaign was present through an interactive lounge and camping hub installations, product sample giveaways, digital and physical advertising throughout the festival and more.

Inside the Experience

The onsite activation space immersed attendees in a world of bold colors with a lounge area, a surreal shower portal, hair glam stations and an AI aura photo opportunity with product displays throughout. Featured scents of Pure Peace, Simply Nourish and Daily Zen were introduced with related experiences.

MORE FUN UNDER THE SUN

A vibrant shade structure gave attendees a place to escape from the sun while they expressed creativity by painting icons across fields of flowers. A kaleidoscope video and photo opportunity featured the three shampoo and conditioner scents surrounded by product displays.
